Star cover of this number are the Kinks, in a masterful interview with Ray Davies of Jon Savage.
But there are many other delights on the inside (the legendary Q65 for example, showed the best team beat the Netherlands) that 'well if you find out' and once you 'bought the magazine.

While the pages of our copy, run in front of us wonderful kaleidoscopic images of a university: we are we are dreaming or awake?

Rough Trade

are the testimonies of several 'talking heads' (Geoff Travis, Green Gartside, Robert Wyatt, Jarvis Cocker to name a few) to bring to life the colorful and Neil Taylor portrait painted in this " Document And Eyewitness: An Intimate History Of Rough Trade , "just published in English by the publisher Orion.

Gpsphone Cheats Emerld

Pastor T.L.Barrett

A master stroke that is going to pull off the Seattle label Light In The Attic Publishing, July 27 next, the reissue of very rare record "Like A Ship ... ( Without A Sail) " originally published in 1971 Mt.Zion Gospel Productions.
This is the first time that the album is printed in CD and the first time it is reissued on vinyl (those who decide to buy the "black disc" will find enclosed a 7 "with extra" Jingle Bells - Parts 1 and 2, but absent in the edition CD).
But anyway, indipendendemente the format in which the disc will become part of our collections, it remains one of the most reissues "duties" that we can imagine.
E 'was earlier this year that the number Group (other label which dedicate a plaque of thanks in an imaginary "Labels Hall Of Fame") had unearthed the song that gives the title to this disc, including it in his fantastic compilation " Good God! Born Again Funk "And leaving TLBarrett Pastor and the Youth For Christ Choir the honor of opening the disc.
The discovery of the piece 'heavenly' had triggered a desire to acquire / learn the whole LP from which it was drawn but the rarity of the artifact was insurmountable barrier to make the wish a reality.
Now, thanks to Light In The Attic , get ready to enjoy summer in the company of a beautiful gospel-soul classic, available again.
flocked brothers and sisters, sing in chorus!

The Dream Syndicate

does not seem a lot. ... But

But 26 years have passed since the Dream Syndicate released " The Medicine Show", originally released on LP on A & M and produced by Sandy Pearlman. It was not only the absolute masterpiece of the group but, quite simply, one of the finest records of the eighties.

greet with great joy the 2010 reissue in digipack CD disk (unavailable for too, had been reissued for the first time in 1991) by the Water in San Francisco. Wonderful sound, remastered from original tapes. New liner notes and unpublished photographs.

Listening revives threads of memory that come back to settle plots allentatesi with time. Go back to an era where every record release was an event, we younger and still able to surprise us.
But perhaps the time is not past is an illusion and we still hear the same disc with my heart then. Because if there is a work that deserves the title of "classic", able to speak to several generations of listeners sensitive, it is this.
